The 1st smart cities, towns, rural and mountain villages international congress – BEFORE THE CONGRESS

Prof. Rui Alexandre Castanho and Prof. Rodolfo Baggio, Members of the International Scientific Committee charged to supervise the papers submitted for “The 1^st Smart cities, towns, rural and mountain villages international congress", sent La.Pi.S. some brief thoughts about the best approach to be adopted to achieve the following goals:​
